4 Hosting With ALL‑INKL (Auftragsverarbeiter)
Our website is hosted on servers of ALL‑INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. ALL‑INKL processes all server log data strictly on the basis of a Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Data are stored exclusively in German data centres.
5 Server Log Files
Each time you access the site, our system automatically records:
- IP address
- Date and time of request
- Requested URL / file
- Referrer URL (last page visited)
- Browser type & version / operating system
These data are technically required to deliver web pages and to ensure security (e.g. detect DDoS attacks). Logs are deleted after 7 days and are not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

- WPForms Lite – contact form; submissions are stored in our WordPress DB and e‑mailed to us via SMTP.
- WP Mail SMTP / SureMail – relays outgoing e‑mails; meta‑data stored for up to 30 days.
8 Payments & Orders via Lemon Squeezy
We outsource checkout and licence delivery to Lemon Squeezy, LLC., 400 N Ashley Dr, Suite 1900, Tampa FL 33602, USA (“Lemon Squeezy”). When you click “Buy Now”, you are redirected to a secure Lemon Squeezy checkout page.
Data transmitted: name, e‑mail, billing address, product, price, IP address, payment token. Lemon Squeezy uses Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. or Stripe, Inc. (USA) as a sub‑processor. Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by SCCs approved by the European Commission. Lemon Squeezy and Stripe act as independent controllers for payment processing.
9 E‑mail & Contact Form
If you contact us, we process your details to handle the request (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). Messages are deleted once the inquiry is resolved unless statutory retention applies.
